4. Payment and Billing

LebVouchers operates on a prepaid balance system. You must add funds to your account balance before making purchases. All prices are in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) unless otherwise specified.

Once a voucher or service is purchased, it cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of LebVouchers administration.

LebVouchers reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Voucher Usage

Vouchers purchased through LebVouchers:

• Are for personal use only and may not be resold without explicit permission
• May have expiration dates as indicated on the voucher or product description
• Are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing service provider
• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen after being delivered to you

6. Automatic Recharge Services

When using automatic recharge services:

• You are responsible for providing the correct phone number or account information
• LebVouchers is not responsible for recharges sent to incorrect numbers due to user error
• Automatic recharges are considered completed once the system initiates the recharge process

7. Service Availability

LebVouchers strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance periods or due to technical issues beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access or collect data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

LebVouchers reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

LebVouchers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
